No orders have been left unfulfilled. Every customer who placed an order with us received their product. There is no missing stock, no unpaid balance, no customer left behind. This is a planned and orderly close, not an abandonment.
The research compound space in South Africa is undergoing significant change, and the regulatory landscape continues to evolve. Rather than navigate that change in a way that compromises the trust we've built, we believe the right thing to do is to step back, do this properly, and close with integrity.
